Theoretical specialization in early childhood education and care
The course is part of the Master's Program in Preschool Education, semester 3. The course involves you choosing a theory to delve into.
The purpose of the course is for you to be able to account for the development of the chosen theory, identify central starting points and central concepts, and acquire knowledge about how the theory has been used in preschool education and related areas of knowledge, as well as what research questions, analyses, and results the theory has generated.
The course is given in Swedish.
The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course.
We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course,
your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
