The package includes the following services:
Email, calendar and contacts (Outlook / Exchange)
You get 50 GB email storages, a calendar that you can share with others, and an address book for your contacts. You can easily connect your student email account with email clients in computers, smartphone (iPhone and Windows Phone) and tablets.
To activate your mailbox in Office 365 choose Office 365 mailbox for student email in Kontohantering (Account Management).
Cloud based storage (OneDrive)
You get unlimited storage for your files in OneDrive, which you can easily access through a web interface, or directly from Office software on your computer.
MS Office Software Suite
You can create and edit documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint directly in your web browser. You can install the software on up to five devices, which you can then use when you are online as well as offline.

Information directed to students at Stockholm University regarding the usage of the Office 365 service for students.
Office 365 for Students is a service enabled for students at Stockholm University. The service is free of charge and optional for students at the University, and is enabled by Stockholm University in cooperation with Microsoft. Based on the Campus agreement between Stockholm University and Microsoft, enabling the usage of Office products for employees, Microsoft offers all student the option to register for an Office 365 account during their studies at Stockholm University and use of the services included. The service is free of charge and Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud based service.
As the service is optional, the student decides if he or she will use the offered Office 365 service, and will register and login according to the instructions given. Upon registering and logging in to the service, the student acknowledges full personal responsibility for the usage of Office 365. The student also takes full responsibility for all material published, stored and used in the cloud based Office 365 service, and gives Microsoft permission to verify the student status at Stockholm University through the existing integration.
The availability of Office 365 for students is subject to the existing agreement between Microsoft and Stockholm University for employees. If that agreement should change at anytime in the future, it may or may not impact the availability of Office 365 for students offered at this time. If, in the case of changes in the existing agreement between Stockholm University and Microsoft, the availability of Office 365 for Students should change, the student is responsible for contacting Microsoft for continuing access to the service. In this case, the service will no longer be available for the students through Stockholm University.
Stockholm University is enabling the Office 365 for students service between Microsoft and the student, and the service is used directly by the student, with full personal responsibility.
