The Student Services provide information sessions about exchange studies and other international opportunities for students. This page is continuously updated with further dates.
Welcome to learn more about experiences abroad during your studies through our information sessions, or meet us on campus. Find detailed information for each event below, and note that the information sessions will be updated continuously. You are also welcome to join our digital drop-in and ask all your questions about studying abroad.
Digital drop-in via Zoom
During our drop-in hours you can meet an international coordinator and ask all your questions about studying abroad. If there are many visitors, you will be placed in line.
No drop-in during summer. The first drop-in is scheduled from 1 September onwards.

The International Office are available the following dates between 11.00-13.00 CET/CEST. Welcome to ask all your questions about international opportuntities during your studies at Stockholm University.

Need practical help with your application?
During the application period, the Student Services organise regular Zoom sessions for students to get a walkthrough of the application system Mobility Online and to answer questions.
Students going on an exchange semester in the fall through all agreements
In May, we held a meeting for students who are nominated for exchange studies with information about the next steps in the application process and things to think about before, during and after your exchange. We will emphasize the application for the Erasmus scholarship.

In October we will hold a meeting for students who are nominated for exchange studies with information about the next steps in the application process and things to think about before, during and after your exchange. We will emphasize the application for the Erasmus scholarship.
Career workshop for students returning from exchange studies or internships abroad
The International Office organise a career workshop every semester for the students coming back from their exchanges. The next career workshop is planned to take place during the autumn semester 2026. Invitations are sent through your exchange coordinator.
