Qualifications & degrees
With a qualification or degree awarded by a university, you are well prepared for professional life as you have acquired knowledge and proficiency by means of your studies.
In most cases, you also have the opportunity to continue studying at the second cycle, or as a graduate student within your field of study.
The diplomas/certificates are documents that indicate that the requirements are fulfilled for each qualification. Please note that diplomas and certificates are issued upon request. To do this, go to the Application for a degree certificate page.
Your certificate will show the title of your qualification and area of study, as well as the courses included. Your certificate will be provided in both Swedish and English.
The Diploma Supplement is a document attached to a degree certificate diploma. It provides a standardised description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies pursued and successfully completed by the graduate. The Diploma Supplement contributes to the transparency of student academic achievement and facilitates academic and professional recognition of qualifications throughout the whole of Europe and other parts of the world.
