If you have not yet received or do not have access to your university account you can contact IT-support via email or telephone 08-16 1999. See below for phone hours.
If you are a new student and have just activated your university account, it may take a couple of days before you have access to Serviceportalen and other IT resources.
For questions or issues regarding admission, registration, or results in Ladok, please contact your department.
