Do you want to start healthy exercise habits in an easy way? We help you from start to goal in six weeks. Welcome on Wednesdays from 6 March!
Regular physical activity is important for our health and optimal performance. Research shows that it can reduce stress and make us more resilient to depression and anxiety. Our body and brain are simply designed for moving. But many of us tend to forget this when the schedule is full of other musts. Is there a solution to this? Yes, join the group “Get started with physical activity!”.
How?
- How: Wednesdays at 3 pm we offer simple and playful “strength & fitness” exercises in a group setting for approximately 45-60 minutes.
- Where: Frescati Sports Center at Stockholm University. Find location here.

You don't need training experience
The group is aimed for all students who wants support and motivation to get started with physical activity. You do not need any previous training experience. New participants can join the group during the whole period.
The group is a collaboration between Stockholm Student Health Services and Stockholm Students’ Sports Club (SSIF).
