Location: Ekosalen, Studenthuset at Stockholm University. - Sow & Grow – a gardening group for health and stress relief
Dates: Wednesdays 15/4, 22/4, 6/5, 13/5, 20/5, 27/5, 3/6, 17/6, 3/9
Time: 16.00–17.30

A digital lecture series from studenthälsa.se
30 minutes for your well-being is a digital lecture series that provides you with tools to create balance in student life – both during your studies and in everyday life. The lectures are held online via Zoom from 12:15 to 12:45
