Open group: Stop procrastinating!

Do you want establish good routines and habits in order to overcome procrastination and achieve your study goals? Join us on Tuesdays at the Student Health Service's premises, starting 6 February at 15.30. Please note: No group on 30 April!

Procrastination is largely about obstructive patterns of behavior. With each other's support we will work towards identifying and gradually increasing behaviors that will help you stop procrastinating and increase your productivity and well-being. Focus is on how to get better at planning your studies, setting realistic goals, and dealing with various distractions.

How?

Each group session begins with a short presentation of a topic related to procrastination, such as motivation, goal setting or how to deal with distractions. Then you and another student in the group will coach each other on what to focus on during the following week. Towards the end, we meet together and solve problems around the issues that have come up.
