Group activities at Stockholm Student Health Services

Every semester we offer groups and other activities in English. The aim is to help you take care of your well-being during your time as a student.

Right now, our activities for the spring semester are finished. This fall our activities will adress topics such as stress, sleeping problems and how to deal with winter blues. We will post a complete program for fall 2024 by the end of June.
