Stop procrastinating!

Do you find it challenging to organise your studies or often postpone your coursework? The Student Health Services offers dedicated support to help you manage procrastination and develop effective study habits.

Our Stop Procrastination Programme combines self-help materials with individual guidance sessions.

You’ll work through the materials independently while receiving support and feedback during telephone sessions with a staff member.

The goal is to help you identify strategies that work for you, overcome obstacles, and make steady progress towards your study goals.

Programme structure

  • The self-help materials are divided into two sections and contain both information and practical exercises.
  • You’ll learn more about procrastination, gain insight into your personal challenges, and find tools and strategies to support lasting change.
  • Alongside your independent work, you’ll have approximately three sessions by telephone with a Student Health Services staff member for additional guidance and feedback.
