Nora torg
Nora torg is a residential area in the northern suburbs of Stockholm, surrounded by nature. With a travel time of approximately 20 minutes by public transport to Stockholm University, it is a convenient location for international students.
All apartments at Nora torg are for single occupancy. The Housing Office handles applications, tenancy agreements and practical information.

Housing details
Each apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with two hot plates and a small fridge. There is a shared kitchen on each floor, as well as a laundry room and a sauna located in the basement. You must bring your own duvet, pillow, bed linen, and towels.
Some ground-floor apartments have access to a private patio, while second-floor apartments feature a private balcony.
Each apartment is furnished and ready for move-in, equipped with a bed, chair, table, and wardrobe. Some rooms may also have curtains, blinds, or extra lamps and chairs left by previous tenants.

Living in Nora torg

Internet
Included in the rent. However, we do not supply wi-fi. You need to bring your own network cable and a router. Please note that network cables or routers from other countries may not work in Sweden.
Keys
You will receive keys when you arrive.
Postbox
Located on the entrance floor of both entrance 5A and 5B.
Parking
Car parking is allowed outside the building for a maximum period of two hours. Remember to use a parking disc. Bicycle storage is located next to the postboxes at Nora torg 5A.
Laundry
Laundry room with washing machines and dryers is located in the basement at Nora torg 5A free of charge for tenants.
Sauna
A sauna is located in the basement at Nora Torg 5A. It is free to use for all tenants at Nora torg.
