Nora torg
The accommodation Nora Torg is located in suburban area surrounded by nature in the northern part of Stockholm. The travel time is approximately 20 minutes by public transport from Stockholm University. Here we rent out 28 studio apartments to international students at Stockholm University.
The studio apartments are 18–22 square meters. On each floor there is a shared kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and in the basement a laundry room and sauna. All apartments have a private bathroom and a kitchenette with two hot plates and a small fridge. Some of the apartments on the entrance floor have a patio and the apartments on second floor have a private balcony. All apartments at Nora Torg are for single occupancy.
The rent for one semester (academic year 24/25) is between SEK 32,500 and SEK 34,000.
Essentials
The apartments are furnished with a bed, chair, table and wardrobe. Some rooms may have curtains, blinds or extra lamps and chairs which were left by previous tenants.
Please note that you need bring your own quilt, pillow, sheets and towels. Standard furnishing include a single bed: 200×90 cm.

Internet
Internet is included in the rent. However, we do not supply wi-fi. You need to bring your own network cable and a router. Please note that network cables or routers from other countries may not work in Sweden.
Keys
You will receive keys when you arrive.
Postbox
The postboxes are located on the entrance floor of both entrance 5A and 5B.
Parking
Car parking is allowed outside the building for a maximum period of two hours. Remember to use a parking disc. A bicycle storage is located next to the postboxes at Nora torg 5A.
Laundry
There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers located in the basement at Nora torg 5A free of charge for tenants.
Sauna
A sauna is located in the basement at Nora Torg 5A. It is free to use for all tenants at Nora torg.
