Reactivate your access card

In order to reactivate your card, send an e-mail to containing the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • User name (university account)
  • Personal identity number (yymmdd-xxxx)
  • Card number (10 black digits on the back of the card, see picture below)

NB! It must be stated in Ladok that you are registered on a course at the Stockholm University during the semester when the card is supposed to be active.

If you lose your access card

A lost or stolen access card must be reported to the Key Office:   

A new card can be ordered via or via your coordinator with us at the Student Support Unit (not via the Key Office or another department).

Collection of access cards:

Service Centre, Södra huset, house D, floor 4, next to Stockholm University Library. For opening hours, please visit: Service Centre

Bring your ID to collect the card.
