Stockholm University in collaboration with Karolinska Institute and KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm Trio), offers a new course in Data Carpentry – handling of data with various software tools, on 1st and 2nd April. 

The course is held in English and is open to researchers and students who want to improve their data handling skills. Tickets for the course are distributed on a first registered basis. 

The syllabus for the course event comprises:

Day 1: Databases and SQL,  Open Refine (“data cleaning” of spreadsheets)
Day 2: Python
