How do I proceed as a corresponding author?

When publishing in a Wiley fully open access journal, the corresponding author will be able to select Stockholm University as paying institution already with submission. When publishing in a subscription (hybrid) journal you will be asked to confirm your affiliation with Stockholm University and prompted to select the option “OnlineOpen” upon acceptance.

The library will be notified and asked to approve funding for each new article with a Stockholm University corresponding author. At the time of publication, the article becomes immediately open access, at no cost to you as an author. (Please note that other charges such as color figures or offprints are not covered by the agreement.)

What’s included?

The agreement includes unlimited open access publishing, free of charge, in both subscription (hybrid) journals and fully open access journals:

About the Agreement

The agreement is a national so-called “Read & Publish” agreement. The APCs are already prepaid, since the agreement includes both the costs of the library's subscriptions as well as the costs of open access publishing. The agreement was negotiated by The National Library of Sweden and in addition to Stockholm University, about 40 other Swedish research institutes have chosen to participate in the agreement.
