Until March 15, students and employees can nominate candidates.
January 31, 2025 will be Astrid Söderbergh Widding’s last day as President of Stockholm University. The process of finding her successor is now underway.
All students who are registered at Stockholm University during the 2024 spring semester and all employees can submit proposals for a new President. You don’t have to ask the person that you want to suggest, but the person who will be nominated as President must fulfill the qualifications in the requirement profile.
The nomination period runs from February 21 to March 15, 2024.
