Hiranya Peiris is a new members of the Class for physics

Hiranya Peiris divides her time between the Department of Physics at Stockholm University and University College London. She is a professor of astrophysics and has made significant contributions to cosmology by combining observations with theoretical physics research and advanced data analysis. She has now been appointed as a new member of the Physics Class of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
