Manage stress with the Student Health Services
Do you want to learn how to cope with the stress that is inevitable in daily life? For the first time this spring, the course "ACT - Managing Stress and Promoting Health" will be held in English.
The course is organised by the Student Health Services and consists of four weekly group sessions starting on 9 March. It is based on a form of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy – ACT. Research from both Sweden and England shows that ACT is an effective method for reducing stress in adults and adolescents.
During the course you will discuss questions such as 'How can we relate to stress in our daily lives?' and 'What strategies and possibilities do I have to take steps towards the life I want to live?'.
