Order of Three Stars bestowed to prof. em. Baiba Kangere

The highest award of the Latvian state, the Order of Three Stars, was bestowed to prof. em. Baiba Kangere, Stockholm University, Section for Baltic Studies. She was appointed the level Officer of the Cross of Recognition by Egils Levits, President of Latvia, on May 4, 2022. Prof. em. Baiba Kangere received the award for her contributions to Latvian education abroad.
