Problems with university accounts

Due to an error during a maintenance job, a large number of passwords to university accounts for students and employees have been reset. This results in the account being locked. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused.

To those affected:

As it is not technically possible to reset previously used passwords, we must ask you to reset them according to the procedures below.

 

If you are a student

Reset your university account on the su.se/activate page using Antagning.se, eduID or a One-time code. To obtain an One-time code, please contact your department in the first place (see su.se/departments) or, in the second place, contact Infocenter (please bring a photo ID).

 

If you are an employee

Reset your university account on su.se/activate using Engångskod or eduID.

To obtain a one-time code, contact your SUKAT manager at the department or visit Infocenter in Studenthuset.
