About me

Licensed speech-language pathologist, board certified behaviour analyst (BCBA), doctoral student at the Department of Special Education, Stockholm University, and president of the Swedish Association for Behavior Analysis. I am the course coordinator in the master program in applied behavior analysis and autism at the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University. For more than 20 years, I have worked within habilitation services for individuals with autism, intervening directly with children and caregivers, as well as providing supervision and in-service training to staff members in preschools, schools and habilitation centers. I am also involved in various international projects, mainly in France and India.

Teaches at the Master Program in Special Education With a Focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABAI Verified Course Sequence), at the Department of Special Education and the Department of Psychology, Stockholm University.
 

Guest lecturer at the Karolinska Institute's Study Programme in Speech and Language Pathology, on ABA-based language intervention for children with autism.
 

Have previously been teaching at the Psychologist Programme, Stockholm University (2016-2017), and at the Special Education Teacher Programme (2004-2007), Stockholm Institute of Education.

My research is aimed at how to promote social interaction, primarily eye contact, in young children with autism.

Some of my other interests include communication, problem behavior and sleep in persons with autism and other developmental disabilities.
