I am a postdoctoral researcher in cognitive neuroscience of language at the Department of Linguistics and work at Stockholm University Brain Imaging Centre.

I got my PhD in Translation and Interpreting Studies in 2023. I worked under the supervision of professors Elisabet Tiselius, Birgitta Englund Dimitrova and Christopher Mellinger. My dissertation focused on how interpreters' professional experience and direction of the interpretation influence interpreters' cognitive load.

I am intererested in how dialogue interpreters process and control their working languages. Currently, I am working on a project investigating language control using neuroimaging. You can read more about the project here.

My other research interests include bilingualism and language control in neurodivergent populations.
