I am currently involved in various projects focusing on non-standard employment. For instance, along with colleagues we have published a research report documenting whether employment contracts (permanent versus temporary) shape work-related experiences across four different sectors on the Swedish labor market.

I am also conducting a literature review on non-standard employment and unions with a particular focus on how non-standard workers perceive unions and unionization, and if and how unions strive to address non-standard workers.

My doctoral research focused on employment conditions and aspects of the psychosocial work environment among faculty working at higher education institutions in Sweden. More specifically, I investigated how various types of employment contracts and perceptions of job insecurity were associated with consequences of health, well-being, and work-life (im)balance among faculty in Swedish academia.
