I am responsible for planning, organization and follow-up of the University's academic ceremonies. I coordinate participants and suppliers, control the design of the ceremony, produce printed materials, etc.
Academic ceremonies is a collective name for ceremonies where universities pay attention to and celebrate academic achievments and appointments. At Stockholm University, several ceremonies are organized each year, among which the combined Inauguration of New Professors and the Conferment of Doctoral Degrees in Stockholm City Hall is the largest.
I am a web editor for both the academic ceremonies and other web pages for the Office of the President and am a member of the working group for quality assurance of the University's website.
