About me
I am a lab manager (and researcher) at the National Facility for Exposomics at SciLifeLab. My research background is in environmental science, specialized in mass-spectrometry metabolomics and exposomics.
During my last post-doc I worked with nontarget approaches for the analysis by (online SPE-)HPLC-HRMS (Orbitrap) of environmental samples and human samples at Stockholm University and SciLifeLab.
My previous post-doc performed at the National Research Institute of Science and Technology for Environment and Agriculture (Irstea, France – now INRAE) was focused on developing analytical methods to perform screening of organic micropollutants and nontarget analysis of dissolved organic matter in waters (surface water and wastewater) by UHPLC-HRMS (Q-TOF).
During my PhD performed at the University of Montpellier (France), I applied metabolomics to study the pharmaceuticals’ biotransformation and effects on wild organisms. I was particularly interested in the biotransformation and effects of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, in the Mediterranean mussel.
