GAINS

SOFI’s gender research group GAINS (Gender Analysis and Interdisciplinary research Network, Stockholm) is a cross-disciplinary research environment that aims to facilitate social science research on issues related to gender. Our focus areas include the labor market, health, education, and family relations.

Labour Economics (AME)

Labour economics is a very broad research field. In addition to research on labour market outcomes, such as wages and employment, the AME unit studies both elementary and higher education, health, taxes and income transfers, politics, crime and punishment, and gender equality.

About me

I joined SOFI as a PhD student in Economics 2019. I hold a MSc in Economics from Stockholm University. I am an Applied Microeconomist vasly interested in Labour- and Behavioural Economics. My research have a special focus on behavioral biases in the labour and financial markets, often related to gender, negotiations and competitions.   I am broadly interested in labour market outcomes including both promotions as well as innovation and entrepreneurship. In my research I use both Experimental, Observational and Survey Data.   I have previously worked at SITE at SSE, being the Research Country manager in a large multi-disciplinary, multi-country project investigating Social Entrepreneurship and it's role for more inclusive and innovative societies.   Please visit my personal webpagefor more information!
