About me

I hold a BA in general linguistics (2013) from Gothenburg University/ Stockholm University and an MA in language education (2017) from Stockholm University. During and after my studies, I taught Spanish at a secondary school, Catalan at a school for adults, and English in classes for young newcomers. In September 2017, I began my doctoral studies.

My research interests lie within psycholinguistic and educational aspects of multilingual language learning. In my doctoral thesis, I investigate the effects of various factors on the strategic vs. unintentional use of lexical transfer by multilingual school students of Spanish. I use both qualitative analyses and inferential statistics to examine the data.
