About me

Before joining the Analytical Chemistry unit as an academic technician, I studied at Maria Curie- Skłodowska University in Poland where I completed my Master’sdegree in analytical chemistry. During my studies, I became very interested in instrumental chemical analysis. These are extensively used by the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in medical research and environmental monitoring. I enjoy teaching students the practical aspects of state-of-the-art chemical analysis and providing them with the skills required in various fields that rely on identification and quantification of chemicals. In my job I can help students get the most out of their courses.

Teaching

Currently I teach students who take Bachelor’s and Master’s courses organized by the Analytical Chemistry unit. This includes Analytical Chemistry B courses (7.5hp and 10hp) and the following C courses: Advanced Separation Methods, Mass Spectrometry and Bioanalytical Chemistry. The students also meet me during Experimental Chemical Methods course organized by the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics.
