About me

I'm a PhD student in evolutionary plant biogeography with a background in biogeography, spatial sciences and evolution/phylogenetics.

I did my Master's in Biodiversity, Ecology & Evolution at Leipzig University (Germany) and iDiv until 2022, where I worked on fruit size evolution in animal-dispersed tropical plants. I then moved to Prague (Czechia) where I spent two years working intensively on species distribution data, spatial autocorrelation, and biodiversity change in space, time and across scales (mainly birds).

For my PhD project I investigate how plants have contributed to the formation and evolution of biomes on Madagascar.
