About me

Fredrik Paues works mostly in macroeconomics with household heterogeneity. His current work concerns rental housing markets as well as wealth inequality. Fredrik joined the IIES in September 2019 after initial graduate studies at Stockholm University’s Department of Economics. Prior to that, he worked as an economist at the National Institute of Economic Research (Konjunktutinstitutet) and the Ministry of Finance. He holds a M.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics.
