Jérôme Monsenego

Professor of International Tax Law

Jérôme Monsenego is Full Professor of International Tax Law at Stockholm University. He is also Research Fellow at the Amsterdam Centre for Transfer Pricing and Income Allocation, and Representative of the European Association of Tax Law Professors on the European Commission’s Platform for Tax Good Governance. His research focuses on the European and international dimensions of the taxation of multinational enterprises. He serves as General Reporter and Academic Chairman of the 2027 Congress of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Co-Chair of the IFA European Region, and invited member of the IFA’s Permanent Scientific Committee. He was previously Chairman of the Swedish branch of the IFA and has held visiting positions at several foreign universities. He has advised national governments and international organisations on legislative projects, contributed to the OECD Tax Certainty Roundtable, and served as expert witness in international tax matters.
