About me
I received my Master’s degree in Global Agriculture Technology and Genomic Science from National Taiwan University in 2025. For my Master’s thesis, I assembled the genome of the Thai mahseer (Tor tambra) and identified sex-associated genomic regions using an integrated approach combining Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing and Illumina short-read data.
I began my PhD studies in October 2025. My research focuses on uncovering genomic signatures of altered sexual selection associated with shifts in pollination mode. Using a non-model plant genus as a study system, I integrate phylogenomics, comparative genomics, and population genomics to understand how changes in reproductive biology shape genome evolution.
