About me
I am an organisation and management scholar at Stockholm Business School researching how organisations and collective actors respond to social and environmental sustainability challenges. Using qualitative and process-oriented methods, my work examines collaboration, governance, and contestation across global supply chains, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and social movements. My research is published in leading international journals and informs both academic debates and practice. In my teaching, I focus on corporate responsibility and prepare students to engage critically and responsibly with contemporary societal challenges.

My research explores how organisations, partnerships, and broader collectives engage with the practical and political challenges of social and environmental sustainability. Grounded in qualitative and process-oriented approaches, I examine how collaboration and conflict unfold across global supply chains, governance initiatives, and social movements, and how issues of power, legitimacy, and regulation shape these dynamics over time. A recurring aim of my work is to understand when collective efforts enable meaningful change—and when they fall short.
