About me
I have strong experience of sintering and more than 15 years specially with Spark Plasma sintering of different types of materials varying from ceramics to metals and their composites.
I also take care of the SPS facility at Dept of Chemistry at Stockholm University. Spark plasma sintering is a novel sintering technique (field assistent sintering (FAST)) using pulsed direct current for direct heating of the materia or/and the die. I am also takig care of the Thermal Analyses at MACAL at the department. That includes thermogravimetry and DSC instruments. Making it possible to follow the material behaviour with increaring or decreasing temperatures.

As a part of Circulab facility, I also take care of mechanochemistry equipment such as ball mills and acoustic mixer as well the processing equipment for polymers including two-screw extruder and injection moulder.

Long experience on teaching the labb courses at the deaprtment. Including Basåret (foundation year), undergraduate course Grundläggande kemi och project supervisor in the courses such as Inroduction to Material Chemistry, Bioceramics.
