Patricia Shaughnessy

Patricia Shaughnessy is a fully tenured associate professor at Stockholm University, Law Department where she has been teaching and researching procedural and commercial law, with a specialization in arbitration and dispute resolution, for approximately thirty years.  Prior to her academic career, she was a practicing lawyer focused in civil litigation and commercial law for ten years in the United States.  She consults as an expert, acts as an arbitrator, leads legal development projects, contributes to training programs, and frequently lectures at other universities.
