About me

Patrizia Massner received her Master's degree in Economics from University of Bonn. Before starting the PhD in Stockholm, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Applied Microeconomics (University of Bonn) and the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA). Her research interests lie in the field of Labor Economics (mainly), Behavioral, and Public Economics. Within these fields, she is particularly interested in examining the drivers of economic inequalities, exploring the mechanisms of female labor force participation in light of the persisting gender wage gap, and understanding how behavioral biases affect labor market allocations.
