I'm a researcher at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV), Stockholm University. My research focuses on organizational culture's influence on digital transformation in public organizations. The aim of my PhD thesis project is to study digital transformation in public organizations. We focus on how organizational culture in public organizations is influencing digital transformation. The PhD project is co-funded by the MIT (Management and IT) Graduate Research School, a collaboration of 13 Swedish universities (BTH, GU, JIBS, KAU, LIU, LNU, LTH, LU, MDH, ORU, SU, UMU, UU).
