Siri Talme

I am a PhD student in the sustainable materials chemistry (SUSMATCHEM) group, led by Assistant Professor Mika Sipponen. I received my BSc in chemistry in 2022 and MSc in sustainable chemistry in 2024, both from stockholm university. During my masters degree project, I worked with production and characterization of lignin-based carbon materials. As a PhD student, I am a part of the circular lignin materials from well-defined functional building blocks (CIRCULIG) research project, where my research involves production and application of lignin-based carbon materials.
