Marine Pelagic Ecosystems 


My primary research interests are focus to understand the function of marine ecosystems in terms of plankton trophic interactions by bridging together biological and molecular approaches. One goal in my current career is to combine different methodologies for a better understanding of the role of zooplankton in marine pelagic ecosystems. 

The aim of my current project at DEEP is to improve insights in the study of zooplankton trophic interactions using DNA metabarcoding.
