About me
I was awarded my LL.D. degree in 1977, my thesis being entitled ‘Computing Law. Perspectives on a New Legal Discipline’. I work, among other things, with IT-supported legal education, legal information search and legal databases, protection of personal integrity, access to and protection of electronic information possessed by the authorities, and issues regarding security in connection with information processing.
In 1994 I became a member of the board of the Government IT Commission, and have been its deputy chairman since 1998. Concerning the legal work of the Commission, please refer to SOU 2002:112, Law and Information Technology. Swedish Views can be read on the Commission’s website www.itkommissionen.se.
