Research project Reform ideas and work organization in Sweden 1970-2020:

This project is a study of how Swedish authorities, Unions and Employer federations engage in reforming Swedish working life. Starting from the programs for participative designs for work organization in the seventies to a recent focus on innovation, digitalization and sustainability. The study compile and analyze secondary data to describe and discuss important changes in the Swedish working life.
