The current covid-19 pandemic has affected several parts of the world and contributed to major changes in order to prevent the spread of infection in society. This change has, among other things, affected the welfare sector, not least in the area of health care. At the same time as the relevant authorities have taken measures to counteract the spread of the viral disease in various ways, voices have been raised about how these measures risk restricting individuals' freedoms and rights.

This project addresses certain national measures that have been taken or proposed with the aim of preventing the spread of covid-19 and how these relates to the fundamental freedoms of certain patient groups, such as patients in compolsory psyciatric care or the question of compulsory vaccination of children.
