Interlanguage and Cross-Cultural Pragmatics, 7.5 credits

The course gives an introduction to theories and research on pragmatics, and further guides students to develop a critical way of thinking in terms of pragmatics in language learning and within social and professional contexts. The course also helps students to develop the ability to apply these skills in multilingual and multicultural contexts. Students are expected to prepare discussion questions and search research material based on their own areas of interest.

Further course information will appear soon on this page. Until then, information can be found on the department website.
