Admission to this course, including paper supervision and examination, requires that students are admitted to the Study Programme in Law at Stockholm University.
Admission to this course, including paper supervision and examination, requires a passing grade in all mandatory courses of the Law Programme. Students may apply for an exemption from the prerequisites through a form to be submitted to Department’s Registrar's Office.
Application for the course is submitted via antagning.se following the instructions found in the course description. The last application day for the courses starting in the autumn semester is 15 April and 15 October for those starting in the spring semester. The application must be complete to be considered as received on time. A student whose application is received after the last application date but before the start of the course can be registered if there are available seats in the course. Students cannot be registered after the start of the course.
The course manager for the term paper course, or any person they may appoint, distributes students between the various subject areas and appoints supervisors for the term paper. Students admitted to the course are not guaranteed to be able to write their term paper in a specific subject area. The possibility of writing one’s term paper within a specific subject area, as well as the distribution of students between the different subject areas are determined by the availability of supervision resources. Details about how priority is applied are found in course description.
