The summer course in Intellectual Property and Human Rights introduces the principles of three intellectual property rights and their points of intersection with human rights obligations.

After the course, students will be able to articulate the points of intersection between intellectual property rights and human rights, and formulate opinions on how the balance between intellectual property right and human rights ought to be attained.
