Eligibility
Admittance to teaching and assessment in Company Law requires that the student fulfils the general requirements for admittance to advanced level courses of passed examinations in obligatory courses within the undergraduate law programme of at least 150 ECTS credits. Specific prerequisites for admission are passed examinations in Civil Law 1-4, Company Law, Partnership Law and Law of Obligations, and Accounting and Finance.
