This course is the third course of the Master's Programme in European Intellectual Property Law. It aims to provide in-depth training in intellectual property theory and methodology. The course aims to further prepare students for the qualified application of European intellectual property law in practical situations, e.g. dispute resolution and negotiation situations, as well as in independent research work.

Syllabus - Intellectual Property Law: Methodological Perspectives and Legal Sources
Teaching format
The teaching includes one or more practical exercises, lectures and seminars, thesis seminars and an advanced seminar in intellectual property law. The language of instruction is English.
Assessment
Examination takes place through participation in the practical exercises through assignments to be presented in writing or orally and through active participation in the other teaching.
