This Master's level course in Linguistics provides knowledge of classical and modern linguistic typology.
The focus of this course is the study of human language in which cross-linguistic comparisons are central. The course also provides a broad introduction to current topics in the field and practical experience in data collection and analysis in typological research.
The course is based om lectures, seminars and presentations.
The course is examined through written assignments and oral presentations.
