Here you can find information on how to proceed to book travel online from July 1, 2019. Below you find the instructions on what steps should be done.

To book travel requires that you have an updated traveller profile. This simplifies the booking process, both when booking by telephone and via the online booking.


Update your traveller profile

In order to book travel online requires that you first have a traveller profile. If you are an employee, your profile will be created automatically from our HR system. Make sure that your information is correct and supplement with your work telephone number and mobile number and bonus card if necessary. Click the link below.

  • Personal Data
    Enter contact information with your work telephone number and mobile number – with telephone number will customer service find your profile directly when you call.    
    NOTE! It is important that the name in your profile matches your full name in the passport.
  • Passport Details
    Make sure that the name in your passport is identical to the one that is saved in your profile and enter your passport information to make the booking process more efficient.
  • Preferences
    For flights, hotels and cars; e.g. information about loyalty programs, home airport, bonus cards and preferences for seating. 

Simply log in with your University account. Click on the link below to update your profile and book a trip in the booking tool. You will find your profile in the top right corner. Click on your name. If your profile is missing or you can't make changes in the profile or you can't log in, contact your department.
