Faculty meeting
The Faculty meeting of the Department of Physics will elect teacher representatives to the Board and discuss policy issues in research and education. e.g. new courses and announcement of lectureships. It's a forum for information from teachers' representatives on the Board.
The teaching staff at Fysikum consists of those who are employed at the department for an indefinite period or for a period of more than two years on a teaching or research position.

About the Faculty meeting

The chair and vice-chair of the College are elected by the College in connection with the election of members to the Board of Fysikum. The Head of Department is responsible for ensuring that the College of Teachers meets at least once a semester.
The College has the following functions:
- Election of teacher representatives to the Board.
- Policy issues in research and education. e.g. new courses and announcement of lectureships.
- Forum for information from teachers' representatives on the Board.
